Positive Coach Alliance (PCA):

The PCA is a non-profit organization that offers free resources of all types to coaches across all sports.  Their site is a wealth of knowledge and best practices to create a positive culture and assist in the development of youth.

Positive Coaching Alliance (PCA) develops through resources for youth and high school sports coaches, parents, administrators and student-athletes. In addition to 1,500+ free audio-video and printable tips and tools at www.PCADevZone.org [pcadevzone.org], PCA has partnered with roughly 3,500 schools and youth sports organizations nationwide to deliver live group workshops, online courses and books by PCA Founder Jim Thompson that help those involved in youth and high school sports create a positive, character-building youth sports culture.

In the past we have given coaches the opportunity to attedn a locally scheduled clinic.  This year, all of teh clinics are on line.  If interested, please reach out to your head coach or league coordinator for more inforamtion.

Big Al brings a rich set of experiences and strong background to the program.  As a baseball player, Al Price has competed locally, provincially, nationally and at the world championship level.   Al has been a professional high school educator, an athletic director, principal and high school coach for over 20 years.  He has presented coaching clinics to over 160,000 coaches and training sessions to over 50,000 players around the world.  He has had the opportunity to learn from and work with members of the Montreal Expos, Toronto Blue Jays and most recently the San Diego Padres.  He has co-authored training resources used by thousands of leagues and over 1 million coaches, managers, players and their parents.
